Refund Policy

All payments are non-­refundable.

If our SaniForce Cleaner missed something, let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll send a cleaner back to clean at no cost to you!

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice and we’ll set you up at the next best available date that works for our mutual schedules.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and we’ll keep a credit on file for you in the amount that you paid which you can apply toward a future appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted.
